Rubber/Plastic
*Accelerant

Accelerators, used to promote vulcanization, enhance rubber's physical (e.g., tensile strength) and chemical (e.g., resistance to chemicals and temperature) properties. They are categorized as inorganic or organic. Though used in small amounts, accelerators significantly impact vulcanized rubber's strength, durability, and processing efficiency, making their correct selection and dosage essential for optimal rubber product performance.

MBTS(DM)
Products scientific
Dibenzothiazole Disulfide
Applicable products :
Natural Rubber (NR), Isoprene Rubber (IR), Butyl Rubber (BR), Styrene-Butadiene Rubber (SBR), Nitrile Rubber (NBR), and Ethylene-Propylene Rubber (EPDM)
Function & features :
When used in combination with TMTD and DPG, it exhibits significant after-effect. The product has a bitter taste, and while it is unsuitable for rubber products used in contact with food, it can be used in almost all other rubber products. It has a relatively high vulcanization temperature and significant after-effect. It is not easily dispersible but does not cause pollution.
Scope of application:
Rubber manufacturing industry
